Feedback

Whether and how operators rate triage on Pulse detail: a nudge to rate, a required comment on “not helpful,” and whether viewers may submit ratings.

Tighten these when you want more written signal on bad runs, or loosen them if the extra step slows the team.

Encourage feedback

Shows a nudge on Pulse detail when a triage result has no helpful / not-helpful rating yet.

Leave it on while you are collecting quality signal. Turn it off if the prompt is in the way during a page.

Comment on not helpful

Requires a short comment before saving a “not helpful” rating so the team can see why the run missed.

Enable this when unhelpful ratings without comments are not actionable. Disable it if the extra field stops people from rating at all.

Viewer feedback

Allows viewers to submit helpful / not helpful ratings the same way members do.

Turn this on when stakeholders with viewer seats should contribute quality signal. Leave it off if only operators should rate.

Insights

Org rollups that inform prompt or model changes: helpful rate, low-confidence alerts, and a CSV export of anonymized feedback.

Use this group after you have some ratings, or when you want a threshold email for a streak of low-confidence runs.

Growth or higher. Trial and Starter see locked cards.

Org helpful rate

Read-only share of recent triage runs rated helpful. Full charts live under Reports → Analytics.

Check this after prompt or model changes. It is not a setting you save — only a snapshot. Admins and members can view it on Growth or higher.

Low confidence alerts

Notifies admins when triage confidence stays below a threshold across a recent window of Pulses.

Enable this if you want an early warning that the model or prompt may need attention. Tune the window and percent to match queue volume.

Feedback export

Downloads anonymized triage feedback as CSV for offline review. It does not include raw webhook bodies.

Export when you are reviewing prompt changes or sharing quality trends outside Exhale.
