Microsoft Teams

Exhale posts a scrubbed triage summary to a shared Teams channel after a primary Pulse reaches triaged. This is outbound. It does not create Pulses.

Posts go to the channel a workspace admin connected. There is no per-user unsubscribe.

Connect

  1. In Teams (or Power Automate), create an Incoming Webhook or HTTP trigger and copy the HTTPS URL.
  2. Sign in as a workspace admin → Connections → Notifications → Microsoft Teams.
  3. Paste the webhook URL and an optional channel label.
  4. Save, then Test connection.

See Microsoft's official guide: Create an Incoming Webhook.

Allowed hosts: *.webhook.office.com, outlook.office.com, *.logic.azure.com, and Power Platform environment hosts that end with .environment.api.powerplatform.com. Other hosts return 422. URLs must also resolve to a public HTTPS destination.

Delivery

When triage completes, Exhale posts an Adaptive Card. Retry-triage does not send a second Teams message for the same Pulse. Quiet hours do not defer Teams. Optional minimum severity can skip posts below the floor.

Plan

Growth or higher. Teams shares the outgoing slot pool with Slack.
