Notifications

Notifications post a scrubbed triage summary after a primary Pulse reaches triaged. They do not create Pulses.

Configure channels in the app under Connections → Notifications. Supporting signals and test alerts never fan out.

Quiet hours defer email and SMS. Slack and Teams still post unless a minimum-severity floor skips them.

Notifications need a Pulse from a Source.

• Slack — shared channel (OAuth or Incoming Webhook)
• Microsoft Teams — Incoming Webhook / Power Automate
• Email — opted-in members (not an outgoing slot)
• SMS — opted-in verified phones (Growth or higher)
